Prosecutors Target Rozier’s Friend’s Lawyer in Case
Prosecutors raise conflict over Laster’s counsel
Federal prosecutors have alleged in filings that Miami Heat guard Terry Rozier is footing the bill for co-defendant DeNiro Laster’s attorney, Matthew Evan Corcoran, as they signal a defense plan that could attempt to shift blame ontoLaster. Prosecutors also emphasized Rozier and Laster’s relationship and that between December 2022 and May 2025, Rozier’s company, GMB Chronicles LLC, made payments to Laster totaling about $165,000.
